The plate and tube integrated machine uses the most advanced fiber laser in the world to output a high-energy density laser beam and focus it on the surface of the workpiece, causing the area on the workpiece illuminated by the ultra-fine focus light spot to instantly melt and vaporize, and the light spot is moved through a CNC mechanical system Automatic cutting can be realized based on the irradiation position.
The pipe cutting machine adopts a gantry structure type, with bilateral drive and gear rack. It has the characteristics of stable structure, good rigidity and high speed. Its positioning speed reaches more than 80m/min.
