What Is Leveling Laser Cutting Ink-jet Printing Automatic 3-in-1 Production Line?
The automatic leveling, laser cutting and inkjet printing production line for coiled materials is a highly automated production line that integrates functions such as leveling, laser cutting, inkjet printing, and labeling. Here is how it works:
- Material feeding: The production line starts by feeding the coiled material through a leveling machine to unroll it. This process is controlled by a programming system to ensure accurate unwinding of the coil.
- Leveling treatment: The unrolled material then enters a leveling machine for automatic flattening. The leveling treatment ensures that the material surface is flat, which is beneficial for subsequent laser cutting and labeling operations.
- Laser cutting: The leveled material is then transported to the laser cutting area and cut precisely according to preset cutting paths and parameters.
