The working principle of the Metal Pipe CNC Fiber Laser Cutter Machinery is to use a high-energy laser beam to irradiate the surface of the metal pipe, melting, vaporizing or igniting the material, while a high-speed gas stream blows away the splashed, melted or burned material to achieve cutting.
Specifically, this machine uses a numerical control device to drive the motor to move the bed and clamp the metal plate. When the workpiece is placed in a certain position, the numerical control device sends a command to the control system to activate the servo system and drive the stepper motor to rotate. At the same time, the control system sends a second pulse signal to the CNC controller to trigger the servo motor to rotate a certain angle to compensate for the error caused by the lateral feeding. This process is repeated until the desired size is achieved.
